An introductory program for boys and girls born 2001 or later
Once you’ve graduated from the blue belt program and can swim 45 minutes in the deep end with only the walls for rest, you can join our Squirts and Atoms program. You’ll have fun, play games and make friends, all while you improve your swimming skills! Ideal for children aged 8-12 who are able to swim three laps (75 yards) of front crawl without touching the bottom of the pool
Our program is a step-by-step program that helps chlidren progressively build their skills.
